提示配置

您可以在配置中定义提示，然后使用文本到语音生成这些提示。

您可以在拨号计划中使用这些提示与 playback 命令。

对于提示，我们可以定义语气、语言、口音等的“指令”，并选择语音。TTS 引擎使用 OpenAI 的文本到语音引擎，您可以从 openai.fm 测试。
