OmniCall

OmniCall is Omnitouch's IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) — the platform behind VoLTE, VoNR, VoWiFi, SMS-over-IMS, RCS and visual voicemail for MNOs, MVNOs and enterprise voice operators. It is a complete, production-grade IMS: every CSCF role, the Telephony Application Server, the SMSCs and the Wi-Fi access gateway, deployed as a coherent stack rather than a collection of integrated parts.

What it covers

  • P-CSCF, I-CSCF, S-CSCF — the full IMS signalling core, with IPv4/IPv6 dual-stack, ICE/STUN media relay support and Diameter Cx/Dx/Sh integration with OmniHSS.
  • OmniTAS — the Telephony Application Server delivering MMTel supplementary services (CFB/CFNRy/CFNL/CFU, CW, CLIP/CLIR, HOLD, conferencing) for VoLTE and VoNR subscribers.
  • OmniMessage / OmniMessage IMS / OmniMessage SMPP — SMS over IMS (SIP MESSAGE), MAP-based store-and-forward and SMPP for A2P/P2A and wholesale SMS hubs.
  • OmniEPDG — the Evolved Packet Data Gateway for VoWiFi calling and trusted/untrusted Wi-Fi access into the IMS.
  • VisualVoicemail — Apple-spec and Android-spec compliant VVM with IMAP backends.
  • OmniSEP — service enabler for value-added IMS services and operator interconnect.

Why operators pick OmniCall

IMS is the part of the network with the most vendor lock-in and the highest per-subscriber licence cost. OmniCall ships as a single integrated platform, deploys cleanly alongside our 4G EPC and 5GC, and gives operators a credible path to retire ageing IMS appliances. For MVNOs, it's the difference between renting voice from a host MNO and owning the call control end-to-end — including the supplementary services, the SMSC and the VoWiFi access — at a cost structure that actually fits a wholesale business case.
