OmniCharge

OmniCharge is Omnitouch's charging, billing and revenue management platform — the BSS-side counterpart to OmniCore and OmniCall. It covers the full subscriber lifecycle: acquisition through CRM, real-time and offline charging across 2G/3G/4G/5G, prepaid and postpaid rating, voucher and balance management, and TAP3-based wholesale roaming clearing.

What it covers

  • OmniCRM — operator-grade subscriber management for MNOs and MVNOs: SIM lifecycle, plan and bundle management, KYC workflows, customer-care tooling and a REST API for upstream channels (web, app, dealer portals).
  • OmniRoam (PyTAP3) — automated TAP3 file generation, validation and exchange with roaming partners, plus inbound TAP processing for IOT settlement and dispute handling.
  • Online charging (5G CHF + legacy OCS) — Nchf-based 5G charging integrated with OmniCore 5GC, plus a Diameter Gy/Ro OCS that serves the 4G EPC and IMS for VoLTE/VoNR usage rating.
  • Rating & policy — flexible rate-plan engine with time-of-day, location, slice-aware and event-based pricing, fed by the same subscription store that drives OmniHSS.

Why operators pick OmniCharge

The traditional BSS vendors price by subscriber and lock operators into perpetual upgrade cycles whenever charging models change. OmniCharge is a single converged platform — built around the same Ansible-orchestrated deployment model as the rest of the Omnitouch stack — that lets MVNOs launch with a complete charging and CRM stack on day one, and lets MNOs retire fragmented prepaid/postpaid systems for a unified replacement. Because the rating engine, CRM and roaming clearing are the same product, P&L reporting actually reconciles without the integration tax.
